We contacted Resha Corporation in October 2024 to provide us with a quote for concrete work and a metal building. Resha came in with a lower quote than most and had good reviews from other neighbors of Ranches of Turtle Bayou. They began pouring the concrete in December 2024, but after pouring two sections, they did not finish the remainder.
