Advanced Air Solutions was assigned to my home warranty claim and did a fantastic job. They accepted the order over the weekend for an AC that was not cooling. With this problem coming up over the weekend, I was worried that it would not be fixed for multiple days in the hottest part of the year in Houston, but the appointment was set for today, Monday morning. 1 Star – Unprofessional and Poorly Managed Service Terrible experience. The technician failed to collect the $75 payment at the time of service, even though my elderly parents were home and fully capable of paying if they had been asked. A week later, I began receiving multiple phone calls while I was traveling abroad and in a completely different time zone. Advanced Air solutions is Company that deserves to die so no other home owner is subjected to same torture i was subjected. First this company was assigned to my by Home warranty of America. I could see that the Fan was not running in the back yard condenser and gave them this fact. Two techs arrived and tested the capacitor and concluded that it is not working. then they put a replacement capacitor and test the fan motor.
