PLEASE READ!!! This vendor was provided by my home insurance. I have two furnaces only one was not working. The first work order--Tech came out and told us the problem. Basically the furnace is so old the parts are discontinued so we would need a new one. My insurance covered most of the cost and i had to pay the rest ($800). The front desk worker is rude and likes to talk over people. They also don’t communicate with their customers!
They are good in the beginning but when it comes to reschedule to come to fix the issues, they never came and stood us up twice and no responses to call/msg and even we are with choice home warranty, they don’t care what the warranty company set up. So disappointed.
I highly recommend this company, my technician Carlos, was professional and efficient, he went above and beyond. Thank you
Beware of Advanced Air Solutions This company was assigned through my home warranty to service my AC unit, and I deeply regret the experience. As reflected in many prior reviews, they are incredibly unprofessional. The office manager Alva is rude and lacks basic customer service skills. From day one on Monday, I knew this was going to be an issue. When the technician arrived, he asked me for a spray bottle with water and dishwashing liquid to test for a leak on my evaporator coil.
