Ozan has years of experience, he is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and pays attention to detail. I can see he takes pride in his work. I am so glad to find M & M. I met Ozon about a month ago at his office. He was very polite and nice young man. He walked me around their back office to see the stone and he showed me this one piece I felt in love with! He said he would hold it for me till I’m ready. He has very good manners and sincere gestures! There was an issue and the cabinets were not able to finish in time, so Ozon was very understanding and waited patiently and most of all he kept his words and held the piece of the stone I selected!!
