Heading on a trip to Uluru and had to get a few parts fitted asap. The lads done every thing in their power to fit us in the morning of our journey. Fitted the parts, no bother at all. Done a once over on the car and even did extra stuff we wouldn't even of thought of such as checking the spare, tyre pressure and air filter. 10/10 so thankful for these lads would of been stuck in the middle of the outback without their help.
we bought a package deal, and somehow ended up paying more than other places with this alleged discount included. how many places do you know charge you $341 for 4 spark plugs? paid double the price for these plugs when we had found out it was 50% cheaper at other places. not only that we have been ripped off from our money multiple times by this joint for multiple services done by them. don’t bother wasting your money at this place.
This is probably the worst mechanic I have taken my car too. They sold me a package when coming to my house, it seemed like a pretty good deal but then when we took our cars to be serviced - there was allegedly thousands of dollars in repairs needed to BOTH vehicles! One vehicle apparently needed the timing belt changed, it was showing no signs of this but we trusted them anyway, spent over $1000 getting it done, the car has never ran the same again.
