This is a very no frill place. RMT massage: 5/5 - Filipino aunties are so nice and take care of me very well 🥹 Just the right amount of pressure. Will definitely come back. Facial: 2/5 - I didn’t think it was worth it.
My recent experience with this physiotherapy clinic was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I scheduled a massage appointment online for September 13th at 10:45 AM. I even received an email confirmation the morning of my appointment. However, as a precaution, I decided to call and confirm. The lady I spoke with was unhelpful and frankly, quite rude. She repeatedly insisted that I did not have an appointment, and when I tried to explain that I had a confirmation, she kept saying "No, no, no." It was incredibly dismissi... read more
I scheduled an appointment which I received a confirmation for. When I arrived, no one was there, shortly after a gentleman confirmed my appointment and told me to take a seat. Nobody came back out for 15 minutes. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Not a spa environment.
