I will never recommend west gate location I had to complete doordash order which was already paid to store But the lady at the counter make me pay again. When it was paid by customer and my red card didn't work i have pay from my pocket and i never get my money back. Even i told her it is already paid still she ask me to pay

Very disappointing experience at this location. I asked an employee named BARBARA for help because I couldn’t find an item and wasn’t sure if it was out of stock. Instead of offering basic assistance, she responded with clear irritation and acted like my question was an inconvenience. BARBARA stood behind me while I searched and repeatedly said, “It should be right there,” in a rude and dismissive tone. I checked carefully and still couldn’t find it.
