Mandy and Marsha (all of the instructors!) are gems and so welcoming. The energy is contagious, the workouts are fun and challenging. I love when I'm able to twerk my way into the day!
Classes are fun! Everyone is very welcoming and I look forward to coming back each week. Shout out to Allie and Alex for bringing the energy to each class!
