On a journey to drop 100 lbs. l'm in love with M&M Fitness to help me. For me, every food decision is frustrating and for someone who works a lot (70+ hours/week), exercise routine can be tough. M&M Fitness is simply the best! The energy and environment they create radiates positivity, self love, and so much fun! You can’t help but have the best time when you’re surrounded by smiles and awesome music! If you’re looking for a place to get a great workout in and have a blast doing it, this is it!
Great workout but have fun all at once. Love the instructors, vibe and atmosphere!! Hands down my favorite place to get a good sweat in!!
