MM was disorganized. I originally called on a Saturday and was quoted $150 to replace 2 smoke/CO2 detectors and they were supposed to come on Monday. Then they called Monday to tell me they would need to come later in the week. This morning, I spoke to MM to confirm the appointment and the price. I was told it would be $150 dollars for each unit. The technician did the work today and charged me $420! He wanted to justify the higher charge because of his extended travel time (which is irrelevant as far as I am concerned) So m... read more
