MM Home Service has done a number of repairs for me since I moved to the area a few years ago. They replaced a hot water heater and did an excellent job. They responded immediately, which I was grateful to because the old defective tank was causing a flood condition on my basement. They also had the most competitive price of the three companies I contacted for bids on the job. One of the worse companies I have ever worked with or hired for any project. Michael Masotti is extremely unprofessional, and lied to us so we would pay him before the job was finished on the first day. They replaced a pipe that connects to our shower, and left the pipe protruding from the ceiling leaving a hole in the middle of our living room.
