The staff is friendly, timely and have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to ensure my garments are ready. The customer service is stellar and they’ve addressed every need I have. I appreciate their attention to detail. Great location!
The staff were nice, but upon the return of my last Wash-N-Fold submission, there were a number of items missing that I am certain I requested for laundry services. To their credit, they were able to locate one article between machines. It may be to your benefit to take inventory of your articles of clothing prior to services.
Customer service is great mom and son is always welcoming keep on doing a good job
