Bad experience. I would not recommend this business. I explained my concerns and was told that I would take the matter to small claims court. Unfortunately, Nicolas jr did not seem to care or take my concerns seriously. I expected better customer service and accountability.
Excellent prices, quality carpet and GREAT customer service.
