Met with Nancy for our first visit, won't be the last! She is very meticulous and understands all requests. Short haircut is difficult. She questioned me along the way, not assuming. Very pleased she thinned out my hair, even though short, again meticulous. Great conversation along this time. Felt so comfortable, like catching up with an old time friend.
