I was having trouble with my check engine light remaining on-also gas gauge lights started to repeatedly flash-it was diagnosed as a fuel sensor issue and they needed to: Remove & Replace Fuel Level Sending Unit, a Fuel Sender and Hanger Assembly, Fuel Pump Tank Seal My car is back to working like a charm thanks to Ed and his crew at M & M who were right there to correct all issues and send me safely on my way! I always appreciate their knowledgeable, friendly & respectful service I continue to receive. Thanks M & M!!
Writing this review now after my second extremely poor experience with M&M. I’ll start by acknowledging fair pricing and prompt work, as far as balancing wheels goes. Unfortunately, there’s a chance you won’t receive that when it comes to timing chain repairs. My first vehicle that was brought to this shop for a timing chain, stayed there for over 2 weeks. Great experiences working with M&M! Responsive/professional team, scheduling is easy, quoting is accurate. With their text/web portal all jobs are approved by you with clear descriptions of the work to be done with itemized costs. Would highly recommend to anyone in the greater Simsbury area.
