Do not trust this place unless you don't need your car for half of a year!! My car was taken here in early march and we are in August and still haven't gotten it back!!
Both Martin Sr and Jr are standup guys. Both of them are very knowledgeable and explain things well. They let you know what they find and do their best to help keep cost down. We use their services for our dealership and trust the work they put into our inventory, our customers repairs and I use them for my personal vehicle as well. Knocked out my brakes in just a couple hours. Highly recommend using them if you are in the Watauga area!
0 Star -- Horrible place to get your car fixed , my car was there for 6 months , ( Still not working) Him and his little son both name "Martin" be scamming People for their money , wont even give you a recipt for the parts you pay for . And at the end they expect labor pay ?? For what if the Jobs aint done right... Dont conduct any busisness with the son Martin Jr because he doesnt even know what he is alking about, all there Good at is aking money and more money for parts there not even going to be fixed, they add more prob... read more
Completed a stellar replacement of the rear main seal on my 2000 ford explorer at the most competitive price. Stellar work and very quick.
I have taken in my vehicle a couple times for different issues and each time Martin and his team quickly diagnosed and repaired my truck in a timely manner. They are professionals when it comes to explaining the necessary repairs required and giving me feedback on how to avoid the issue again. If you're looking for a Mechanic you can trust to fix the actual problem and not tack on "extras" to make an extra buck these are your people :)
