Went in just for an oil change & rotate but it was determined I needed front brakes as well. Sean provided me a loaner so I could visit some local clients in the area and was able to do that extra job the same day.
Artisan is a great place to have anything to do with your care! It is a very pleasant and enjoyable and the mechanics are fantastic
I got my car towed here after it broke down at the hospital nearby. They were super nice and helpful over the phone! In terms of coordinating when to pick up my car, I wish their website was updated with their new hours so I knew when it was open! They do state their hours at the end of the phone ringing if they don’t answer, but I’m not sure how helpful that is.
So impressed with how quickly they were able to identify the problem and fix it. We had taken our Land Rover to other places and thankfully we found this place because the other places were saying it was a way bigger problem than it actually ended up being.
