Horrible experience with this joke of a company. After my car was stolen it was taken to these fools, who couldn't even locate it on their lot correctly. Once I was done filling out the release forms to have it taken to a repair shop, I was told that the shop was a partner and that my tow would be billed to the shop along with my repairs. 15 minutes after leaving I received a call from this impound lot demanding payment for the tow. Just a shy bit over a month after having it repaired, paint is chipping off front bumper. Non-repaired side of same bumper? Not a chip in sight. Neither can they replace a license plate bracket correct. Will not return phone calls.
There sssssoooooo awesome in every way. There work, there ethics, caring, kind, professional and as nice as any angel. They have been fixing my cars for over at least 15 yrs.
