This place is a joke!! They were dispatched by Triple A to come change my tire. David Pineda, the driver that was supposed to come provide service called me, was extremely rude and refused to speak to me because I wasn’t the policy holder on the card despite already confirming with triple A that all I needed was my drivers licenses and registration with the policy holders name on it. Divid Pineda refused to service my call and left me stranded on the freeway.
AAA assigned Action towing when I called to have the battery of my car replaced at my daughter's house. Hassan arrived very quickly and his cheerful manner immediately won us over. He replaced the battery quickly and we were impressed with his competence as well as his upbeat personality. I recommend Action Towing service and was impressed enough to try their automotive service in addition to their road service.
