The first visit the tech that was sent out (Jesse) said that the printer needed it's motherboard replaced. Ordered it and once it arrived gave him a call to install. He came out installed the motherboard then stated that everything was working fine and we only need to replace the ink at this time. Once we replaced the ink the printer was still not working and sent a $400 invoice yet printer still not fixed. Called and spoke with Arman to see if they could send the tech out .
