I contacted them about snow removal after seeing someone post their link. I got a callback, with assurance that we would be on the route the next day. I didn’t hear anything all day and contacted them again and talked to the other owner who said he would find out what was going on and give me a call. I never received anything back from him. Didn't show up twice, no communication in regards to being late or pushing the appointment back. Message I sent to them: I molded my vacation days around the appointment times you gave me, 2 no shows with no communication is pretty disrespectful. I was extremely flexible with you, all you had to do was communicate with me. 0/10. Good luck with your business and thanks for wasting the precious time that I've earned and worked for.
