I am deeply disappointed by my experience at Mountain Lakes Medical Center. Six weeks ago, I was hospitalized with a serious kidney infection and was urinating blood After ten days of antibiotics, I improved, but the symptoms returned . Fast service at the ER
This hospital has been taking forever. I’ve been sitting here for 4 hours just waiting on a strep test to come back on my 2 year old. The doctor came in first, asked up everything that was wrong. Then the nurse came in and asked all of the same questions. Very unprofessional. After the nurse came in and asked us that same questions our doctor asked, she said we now have to wait for the previous doctor to put in the order for the tests. 20 mins later, she came back with the swabs.
