I never leave a complaint on sites but this one is worth reading. I had a surgery done back in 4/30/2024. I fell and broke my nose. The ENT that was highly referred to me moved from to this facility in Clayton Ga which is 2 1/2 hours away. Doctor Jackson recommended surgery and had to be done quick since I couldn’t breath. This medical center would not approve the nose surgery unless I pay in full. I had to charge it on my credit card since ai did not have $16000. My mother had a serious fall resulting in a serious wound and bleeding. Troy Sloan, DON, quickly assessed the situation and had her in an examination room within minutes. Dr. Vrabec placed internal and external stitches and ordered tetnas and antibiotics. These two providers provided quality, compassionate care. We will continue supporting Mountain Lakes Medical Center such a great addition to our community.
I was seen today on the Urgent Care side and it was outstanding considering the circumstance.In and out in less 30 minutes!! The physician Bryan was awesome!👏 The lady working the front was so kind and professional!! The young lady that had taken my vitals was spectacular!! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!!!
