My visit to the ER was much better than a visit to my home ER. Everyone was friendly and testing was thorough. We were able to wait in a comfortable room. It's a nice facility.
Rabun county deserves better.
My wife and I had an outstanding experience at this hospital. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff treated us with professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion. We especially want to recognize Troy, the charge nurse, Garrett, our nurse, and Dr. Baird. Their bedside manner was exceptional. I’m currently on hold and as of right now, it’s been 34 minutes.
Someone ik was misdiagnosed with a gum infection when it was clearly not that. They did not pay any attention to the things she was actually concerned about. Mind you she was the only patient in the ER at this time.
