I had a geat experience with MLM from start to finish! They made the process of working with my insurance so easy and of course did a great job on the roof replacement as well. They were very efficient and clean during the installation process. I had solar panels installed shortly after the roof was installed and the solar installers caused some damages to the roof. We noticed a water stain on the ceiling and called MLM since they had done our roof and we had never had leaks before. They came out within the week and found the cause of the issue and fixed it immediately. They also said if there are any other issues to call them right back.
MLM replaced our roof by working with our insurance company after numerous roof shingles were lost from high wind storm. They did a fantastic job and were extremely careful to make sure no debris was picked up after job completion. This last record snowstorm we had in February when it melted off roof took down a section of leaf guards and gutter from weight of heavy snow and ice.
