Not sure where these 1-star reviews are coming from. Been coming here for many years, Yaakov is the best around. Knows his stuff, the best prices in the city. Also a decent man, will never push for extra unnecessary work. Hopefully he'll take his time to retire.
I'm from 2 hours out of town and fell into some bad luck with my car, he took me in right away and fixed everything for me. Very great mechanic and reasonable prices. Thank you Jake
I’ve been bringing my car here for years and they’ve always done solid, reliable work. Jacob is great - professional and knows his stuff. He’s easy to deal with and makes sure the service is done right and quickly. It’s hard to find a place you can trust with your car, but this shop has been consistent every time. Definitely recommend!
MLM Auto Repair — Rude, Unprofessional, Verbally Abusive Avoid at all costs. Came for brake & rotor replacement (brought my own parts). Mechanic never installed rotors, never called to say they were “wrong size,” then wanted $80 extra to do it another day. Refused e-transfer, demanded cash. We stopped at a bank and arrived minutes later — he screamed, swore, and cussed us out in English & Russian, twice. The most hostile, degrading “service” I’ve ever experienced.
