We had the carpet on our stairs removed and our stairs refinished. Unfortunately I paid, and the wood was never finished and weeks later the top stair broke. I contacted the company several times and his wife who referred me and never received a response. We paid 3800 for unfinished wood and it falling apart and no response to make it right for over a year.
