They were going to do a light remodel of 3 of my rent houses. To prep prior to painting, they took all the ceiling fans and lights down, they broke several fixtures and didn't keep the hardware with the fixtures. Everything was just thrown everywhere and they charged way too much for the mess that they made. I fired them before they did anymore "work."

Matt is a blessing. He is really wonderful to work with. Extremely nice guy too! He has done a FANTASTIC job for us decking our very large attic. This was a very complicated job because of all the random cables everywhere. Also access was narrow so the plywood had to be cut to fit thru the entry. He is now doing a second job for us, fixing our His prices are very reasonable too. We have other jobs we will use his services to do in the near future.
