I've done the week detox body cleanse and would highly recommend it to anyone. I was surprised by how much it actually did clean me out. I felt I was doing something wonderful for my body. The energy that I noticed I regained, my skin looks and feels like it did when I was 12 year old and I was much more clear headed. I have more pure maple syrup so I will be doing it again!
