I've called several times over the last 6 weeks to make a new patient appointment and left numerous voicemails with zero return phone calls. After speaking with staff at the front desk, I was told there is only one person in the entire practice that can register new patients and they couldn't give me an estimate on how long it would take to hear back. I've been trying to make a new patient appointment and it's impossible. I have left a message once a week since early April and have never been called back. I keep getting directed to the same person's voicemail, Linda. Is there only 1 scheduler?
