Friendly. Clean office and rooms.
I have been with Dr. Horowitz for years. I will start first with the reception process. They are sweet and kind and very welcoming. You feel at ease. I have not waited even a minute before getting attention. Superb. The office is well designed and one feels at ease. The assistants are wonderful and really make you comfortable. Great Dentist . The staff was very friendly I highly recommend this dentist.
You can tell the dentists and hygienists here don't like their job. They just wanted to do the work, make the money, and get the next customer through the door. I did not feel like they truly cared about my health, or were knowledgeable to comment on the level of health of the my teeth and gums from a preventative standpoint. And the filling I got between two teeth catches floss so horribly that I wonder the quality of the job they did.
