Called about a broken molar to have the sharp piece ground down, they asked about my insurance, immediately told me my insurance wouldnt cover anything, but then wouldnt give me a quote for out of pocket either. All i got was “yea sorry we wont do that” do what? Accept my money to fix my tooth!???
There to have my children's teeth looked at and explained we have bad dental genetics and Horowitz told me that because my children's teeth are bad its because "too many sweets, not enough pressure" and I left with my child feeling like the worst mother in the world wouldn't recommend for new parents. Very upset and left without making any further plans

I have been with Dr. Horowitz for years. I will start first with the reception process. They are sweet and kind and very welcoming. You feel at ease. I have not waited even a minute before getting attention. Superb. The office is well designed and one feels at ease. The assistants are wonderful and really make you comfortable.
