I want to take the time to extend our gratitude to Chuck. My significant other and I have been very overwhelmed with the homebuilding experience and we were worried that the loan process would be another burdensome hurdle to have to try and jump. Instead, Chuck has made this the easiest part of the process thus far. He has remained incredibly attentive and helpful in every interaction we’ve had with him, and we can’t thank him enough for what he’s done for us. We appreciate you Chuck!!

Chuck was immensely helpful throughout the financial phase of our custom build. He "talked us off the ledge" at least a couple of times. In the end, he was able to secure for us a very favorable interest rate on our conventional loan. He was a genuine pleasure to work with and even though we never physically crossed paths, we consider him a friend.

Seriously, Chuck Via is the best lender that I have ever worked with. He helped me with the purchase of our first home in 2016 but when we bought our new home this year, my husband wanted to work with another lender that he's developed a business relationship with. Almost 3 weeks into the process, this lender ended up telling us that they could not allow our loan to go through due to the way that my husband's income-driven student loan repayment plan was set up.
