Hi Tom like i said on the third time you rang to query my review, that it is not the reason for the one star, one of the issues is the size of the system we were told would run the whole house, tradies since installation have all said the system is too small, I rang on Australia day weekend when weather was over 40 degrees as came home to complete blackout and am still waiting for a response, yesterday the power kept disrupting from 5.30 am nothing on but basics (fridge internet cameras and a tv) power cut by 9pm we were in ... read more

I engage MLEC to install a 30 kW battery system In December 2025. My discussions with MLEC in regard to installation were exceptional and the tradesmen that that installed my system was exceptional.
work was completed to a high standard, they were also available for some follow up phone calls with questions i had about the new batteries they had installed
