In addition to the superior tools offered, my experience gaining accurate product info from Jeremy and Lisa's help on the customer service side has been flawless. Great people and products. Their Crosscut Sled and Spline Jig have improved my amateur capabilities (and safety) by a lot!
Not open until 12:30PM on Saturday, hours online incorrect. I cannot visit this store because the hours are terrible. I have a job, like most people, which means I can't make it there by 5pm on a weekday. I'll just shop online or at another store.
Awesome woodworkers supply store and even better customer service. Found items here that no one else seems to be able to stock, and with very reasonable prices too. I ordered a track guide which i could not find anywhere else in stock, and received it promptly, but it was damaged in shipping. Wrote the company about the damage just to make them aware of the packaging. Well they send me another complete replacement set with no hassles.
