Had a fantastic experience with Dr Mattes, extremely professional and clearly cares about his field.
My visit today was very thorough and I was respectfully treated very well from Dr Bianca Cheong. I was being assessed for a back injury that occurred at work and she looked at the overall situation I am in from the start of this till today and where I’m currently sitting in this injury. I am not sure what her results will be for the insurer, however the assessment today was about me and me only and looking at my wellbeing as a whole made me feel like I mattered in helping me get back to full health. if you want someone to flat out lie about your impairment, lie about your presentation and the things you say during your I.M.E., try to blame physical pain on a mental illness you don't even have, AND make you out to be a liar, boy is mlcoa the place for you! you should be ashamed that you do this for a living, Dr Martinez. shame on you
How Dr mattes is still working as ime is beyond me. This man will go against all medical evidence and say there is nothing wrong with you its all in your head.I was warned by my lawyer and other people who have seen this Dr that this is what he dose all the time. How this man sleeps at night knowing he is ruining peoples life's has me flabbergasted. I will be reporting him to AHPRA. You can tell he is anything but impartial. Mlcoa do better
