How Dr mattes is still working as ime is beyond me. This man will go against all medical evidence and say there is nothing wrong with you its all in your head.I was warned by my lawyer and other people who have seen this Dr that this is what he dose all the time. How this man sleeps at night knowing he is ruining peoples life's has me flabbergasted. I will be reporting him to AHPRA. You can tell he is anything but impartial. Mlcoa do better
This was one of the worst appointments I’ve ever had. The doctor’s attitude was terrible — he was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t believe anything I said. He kept repeating the same questions, told me to “get my story straight,” and acted like my concerns didn’t matter. On top of that, they wouldn’t even let my interpreter in and forced me to use theirs, which I was very uncomfortable with. The whole appointment was stressful, unprofessional, and made me feel completely disrespected.
Avoid at all costs. Incentivized by insurance companies that employ them
I had a very disappointing experience at this medical clinic. I brought in one of our staff members who doesn't speak English well, and I was informed that I couldn’t accompany him as a support person during the appointment. Additionally, the administrative staff handling our case was extremely rude. I would recommend avoiding this clinic if possible.
So i lost my right as a injured human being ,from these reports. My condition is worst than before. Now I have no means of medical care or will have money to buy medication. If i could work and look after my self as I have no body to care for me i would in a heart beat go to work .My pain that I’m experiencing and expected to live with and no means of a lively hood are doomed.
