“I had a highly disappointing experience at MLCOA Deakin today. I traveled all the way from Sydney to Canberra to attend an appointment with Dr. Jan Tomlinson. Due to unexpected traffic, I was running a bit late, but I made sure to call the reception to inform them. They assured me to arrive before 1 PM, and I managed to enter the clinic at 12:58 PM. MLCOA failed to address a complaint about Dr Emma Adams. The rooms are cold and if someone with trauma attends the slamming of doors are very triggering. Unfortunately this place gets 100% of business and therefore never has to try to improve.

I arrived 15 minutes as instructed, only to then wait in the waiting room for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The receptionist kept repeating "Dr. Spear wont be much longer" eventually i had to leave to get back to work. Doctors always tend to be busy, but if they were going to be an hour late i would have liked a call to expect delays or a reschedule so i could plan for it.
