One star because you have to give them at least that. That completely overrates this company. Called for service for over three weeks, every other day. Every time same story - Carrie will call you back after 1:00pm or Carrie will call you back tomorrow. Carrie NEVER called me back. Service is a complete joke. I believe the only way this company stays in business is because the owner and owner's father build homes and they of course use MLC. Extremely cheap and subpar product. My wife and I are building a custom home and our builder uses MLC windows. We research product prior to purchasing, especially when we are not familiar with them, as was the case with MLC windows. We saw negative reviews that concerned us. We discussed our concerns with our builder and requested that he provide alternative choices. In a high-end home, we expect quality, and do not want to replace the product in five years. We were told that alternatives would potentially come with a very costly up-charge. Windows leak and screens dont even fit your windows properly so there is no keeping the bugs out. I have 18 windows in my home and can never open any of them unless I want mosquitos, wasps, etc in my home. Cant believe our builder used this junk on high end home.

This company is terrible. Their answer to any problem is to slap caulk on it. They fix nothing. My door leaks in a brand new house and this company will not do anything to fix it. Do yourselves a favor and go with a more reputable company. They deserve no stars.

Our builder used this company on our new construction and we have had nothing but problems. Several crank mechanisms have stripped and doorwall frame was poorly installed causing doorwall to require extreme effort. Very poor customer service and owner is unprofessional. Tried to purchase new doorwall screen recently and got runaround from owner and could not get same month appointment. It's amazing they are still in business with all the poor reviews.
