Had my paintball tank tested here, and I would recommend them. It was $45. I dropped of my tank in the afternoon and it was ready to be picked up two mornings later. You could probably get it turned around even faster if you drop it off first thing in the morning. Apparently they take credit cards now (in addition to cash or check). At the time of writing, Google Maps doesn't quite get you there. If it tells you to get out and walk a short distance, don't. Drive around to the north side of the building instead.
I brought three paintball tanks Friday and they were ready by Monday! If you need to hydro test your tanks, this is the place to go. Paintball shops and other places take weeks to get done and still charge you the same price! Highly recommend you all go here!
