Development Company has zero care for the residents within our community. They are running dump trucks plastering the road where we park and need to walk with mud, it’s ridiculously slippery. The trucks are speeding 60+ km in a 40 zone. They should be using a different access point but come thru the residential as it is quicker. If they cared about the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners amongst the community they would do better. New home buyers….stay out of Rosenthal until fully developed, it’s a dumpster fire over here... read more
I worked with MLC Land for a handful of years and they have always been a great company.
I love Desrochers, and all it has to offer. The new k-9 school is a great asset to the community. I can't wait for the future shopping areA to be developed. If you are looking to buy, I would definately recommend Desrochers!
