I have never been talked to the way Jennifer spoke to me today. Apparently I didn't get the service I paid for the past 2 times going to her. A full foil includes your roots right, right? Worst experience ever, with her attitude I don't know how she could have any clients.
Been seeing Jennifer for my Keratin treatment for a few years now. I make it a regular stop when I'm in town, she's that good! I always enjoy talking to her during my treatment, and always thrilled with the results!
