Unfortunately an assembly I purchased was missing some parts and Sean went above and beyond the call of duty by not only offering to order an entire new assembly but also being creative and finding another part in stock that solved the problem and allowed me to complete the installation today. These days it seems impossible to find people who care and want to help customers like this! Highly recommend this parts department!
