I don’t recommend visiting before 8am; my wait was over 20 minutes when I did so (and to make things worse, the overworked phlebotomist rushed my draw and hit a nerve). I went later in the day a couple times and the experience was much better; I was seen within ten minutes and the procedure was painless.
Very convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Very well run.
I had to take my child here for a blood draw. He was anxious and scared. We only waited maybe 10 minutes after checking in, and were called back to a private room. There were 3 staff members to help with everything, and they were very quick with the whole ordeal. Afterwards, he was offered stickers, apple juice, and water. A comforting experience for an unpleasant procedure. Thank you!
Why am I waiting over 20 min at 7am for labs?! There's tons of people waiting. Staff the lab appropriately if you're going to open early!!! Sooooo frustrating UofM.
I love the location and the wait time for blood draw is within 15 minutes. Unfortunately it seems to be a training ground for new techs. I need to have a blood draw twice a week indefinitely. Of the past several finger pokes, only two were done properly on the first attempt. The rest required two or more, often with the assistance of the supervisor.
