The lab techs were great however getting results were a nightmare. Nobody could find the test once the results were located nobody could put it in he portal-it was "someone else's job". I had to speak to 2 different people on the client service line-one was great( Rachel) the other was rude and should not work in customer service. I should have obviously gone somewhere else to get my labs done.
They make it super easy and efficient to get lab work done right away. No hassle. The wait isn’t long and the staff is always ready to help assist. They have all the information they need and my blood work and labs usually get to me with results and sometimes with added notes within a day or two so they’re pretty fast and good at communication with the patient. I very much appreciate U of M, especially the lab center and the Lupus Research Program that I am a patient of.
Also fast, efficient, and kind. Able to get in and out quickly without issue which is what looking for.
Getting my blood work done here was fast, easy, and not as expensive as I thought. A whole run of labs for feminizing HRT was about $600 out of pocket for me.
Pretty terrible experience. Called multiple times with no answer. left a message with a call back number on my last attempt. They never called me back. Went there in person and stopped at the information desk to get help finding the place. The person working the information desk didn't even know what Mlabs was. This hospital is such a disorganized mess. Once I made it Mlabs everything was fine but my gosh.
