Little wait , efficient and personable.
Even though the sign directly outside the lab says they close at 5:30, even though my Michigan Medicine doctor specifically told me they close at 5:30, they do not. They close at 5pm now on Fridays. Least sympathetic / most unhelpful staff imaginable to add to the frustration!
Do Not Bring Your Toddler Here. When I requested someone experienced with pediatrics at check in, the next in-line technician at the front desk claimed all staff were equally trained. This trained technician then proceeded to butcher my baby’s arms with minutes of erratic needle poking on both sides that ultimately leads to nothing, no blood drawn. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The phlebotomists were extremely kind and accommodating. I usually faint during blood draw but that did not happen today. It was a painless and pleasant experience.
