I’d bought a brand new generator which leaked gas while transporting in the back of my truck even though I had turned off the gas and ran the engine until it quit. M&L was the closest authorized mechanic shop to work on the brand generator I’d bought. Mike wasn’t able to pinpoint the cause of the leak even though he validated a problem with gas leaking, he was able to communicate with the manufacturer and get a brand new replacement sent to my house. Got a pricey Coleman off-road minibike, an otherwise superior machine with very reliable core engine. Sadly this one was cursed with a model-specific throttle problem out of the box; stickiness; poor response incl some lame and too-long engine/gov return springs. NOT simple. Several problems with interconnected consequences; replacement springs and other fine adjustments. Yet Mike provided effective and timely surgery that saved the patient.
