Jeff Wyers with M&L Plumbing provided world class customer service! He was easy to reach and communicate with leading up to the install of our new Moen shower unit. In order to remove the old unit (due to a screw that I had stripped) an access panel would have to be made within my walk-in closet. He was very efficient, but very detailed with his work. Has helped me out several times fixing leaking valves, installing sump pumps, fixing sink drains and dealing with toilet clogs. Does quality work and techs are friendly.
Normally don't write reviews, but wanted to reassure that if you need plumber, these are GREAT guys. After 3 quotes from other plumbing outfits, I hired M&L to replace a burst water heater with a tankless model. It was a stressful mess of a day M&L went above an beyond to resolve our worries. I give them 5 stars because 10 is not a choice. These guys are the best, they did 2 jobs for me, the 1st one was plumbing for full bath remodel in our basement, the second was installing hot/cold water spicket in garage. These guys ALWAYS come EXACTLY when they say they will come, they charge a fair price and do GREAT WORK. These guys are the best contractor in the Jackson / Grass Lake area bar none.
