He was communicative, respectful of our property, and finished right on time. Rates very affordable. I would absolutely use them for any future projects.

This is the second time ML Painting has done work at my house and they always do an excellent job! They pressure washed & painted my deck and did a perfect job. They were even flexible enough to do the work while I was gone on vacation. I would highly recommend them!
