After living in this apartment for three years, I can confidently say that it's one of the best apartments that I've lived so far. The location is perfect—everything I need, from grocery stores and restaurants to public transportation, is just a short walk away. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. The location and staff are fantastic and very outgoing. The superintendent was very rude at times to me and other tenants from what I noticed. Super cool building!
Amazing place to live. New building and great staff.
I lived at ML house for 5 years and it is such a special building. The location is amazing, with proximity to the park and restaurants/grocery stores but the differentiating factor is the incredible staff. Safet is always available and super helpful and always thoughtful about maintaining and upgrading the building. I had an issue with my fridge one day and he replaced it the same day.
