I was referred to ML Dunn by my sister, and I am absolutely thrilled By the work that has been done in my home thus far! They came and did a small job for us by replacing the carpeting on our stairs. They were timely, thorough, efficient, clean, and very nice to work with! My wife and I took at least a month or so to decide on the type of flooring we wanted. ML Dunn was very patient with us once we decided the team was professional and on time even finished the project a day early we are very happy with how our floors turned out.

I had MLDunn a couple of yrs ago and I would stay clear of this company. I've had several times for floors and did beautiful job. But this time the installers made many mistakes on the installing. The man cut the door jam too high on one side and the salesman refused to fix it. Two other places which I pointed out to the salesman and said he couldn't do anything about it. One place the baseboard didn't even cover the mistake and another area is a definite split in the flooring that doesn't come together. The salesman was ag... read more

Very disappointed. Owner was a no show to complete estimate. Must not need the business. Wouldn’t recommend if you want your floors completed. What I don’t understand is you stop in M L Dunn, talk to Murray, bring your dimensions, get samples, set up appointment to to get final estimate with him and he doesn’t show up.
