We were very pleased with M.L. Construction. Reasonably priced and do excellent work. My 2 bathrooms were very outdated and in need of a complete remodel. Martin had some great suggestions and I was able to contact him easily when needed. I am especially pleased with my tub to shower conversion. It turned out beautiful, as did my 2nd bathroom. Thank you to Martin and his hard working crew of Fernando, Eric, Hector and Jorge. I highly recommend M.L. Construction and will definitely call Martin for any future projects. ~Luisa
Martin and his team did a great job remodeling the bathroom in our condo. I called him on a Thursday and he was able to start work Monday. He was always easy to communicate with when needed. No complaints! Great end result for a great price. Thank you.
Martin and his team just finished the remodel of my bathroom. Hector did an amazing job on the tile. I am extremely happy with the result and I believe ML Construction is one of the best priced and most thorough remodel companies out there. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.
The shower in our condo needed to be replaced so I called Martin as well as several other contractors. Martin responded right away, came out to look over the project, gave a reasonable bid, and then started the next day when I accepted the bid. After demolishing the existing tile, he and his team found a significant water leak from the upstairs drain. They traced the leak through the ceiling and repaired it without asking for more. Martin is a really great guy. We got along with him just great. He didn't seem like he was after our money. He just wanted to know what we wanted, so he could get the job done. He and his team did a wonderful job at remodeling our restroom. I highly recommend that you pick him for the job. They do quality work!
