Lorenzo is a superstar. He was able to clone my close to death HDD to an SSD and my computer is now 100 times faster. Best Buy wouldn’t even attempt it. Great customer service

Scammed me for almost $200 and made my computer worse off. When I called to check in, always kindly I was told I was acting like the “weirdo from the cable guy.” It was a simple power supply change and it looks like I basically paid $200 for this guy to insult me & make my pc worse/break it entirely. ** I OPENED IT UP AND ADDED PICS ** -BENT MY RBG PRONGS ON MY MOTHERBOARD -WIRES DANGLING LEFT UNTUCKED/UNPLUGGED So I was wrong about there being no power supply & him being a thief. bBUT I paid $200 for him to damage my comput... read more
