From the original meeting which came surprisingly as they had just independently completed the engineering work on one of our projects, our working relationship commenced. Morteza was EXCELLENT. He did a dilapidation report for me (twice) as part of my DA. Speedy, thorough and professional. Very fast turnaround time (sub 24 hours) for the report. Would hihgyl recommend!
