I am giving them a 1 star cause I can not go lower. I went in and got micro braids. I requested 2 people work in my head. When I gut there it was only 1 lady working in my head was there over 8 hours close to 9. So I was upset about that. I paid 200 for them. I asked how much will it cost to get them taking down they told me between 80-100. Thought that to be a lot n the braids only cost 200. So on Wednesday I called for and appt for the coming Friday to take down and she told me 65 dollars. I got there and 2 ladies started ... read more
Worst hair braiding experience of my life! We had a set price of $300 before I arrived for xsmall Knotless braids.. mid way through the owners wife arrived to start on the top of my hair and said it would be 350 instead of 300 .. yes I was irritated about it but hey no big deal.. once my hair was almost complete I told her I only had 340 and not 350! The owners wife absolutely lost it!! She locked me and my child in her shop and would not let me leave behind $10!!!! I called the police !! Also my braids aren’t EVEN EXTRA SMA... read more
Got my hair done here.. it was ok. Lady asked me to review her salon and pressed 5 stars when I opened it as I was in her chair. NOT a 5 star place. She did my hair and brought her children or something and kept having to take breaks.. lame!
UPDATE..... The owner reached out to me immediately after and was extremely apologetic. Not only did he make things right he made me feel like my business and experience mattered to him. I got my hair done today by Alissa and i absolutley love it. She was quick and beyond professional. Based on my communication with the Owner and experience with Alissa, I will be returning when it's time for a new style. I have been going here close to a year now and each service I’ve been very satisfied. They are fast, polite and care about their clients. Not only do I go my daughter and sister do as well after seeing my hair.❤️❤️
