They were so helpful and nice.
Only giving two starts because the shed we custom ordered is good except for the door and the guy who delivered deserves five stars. We had our shed delivered 2.5 weeks ago and the door was about an inch off. I contacted them immediately and took pictures and was told to get in contact with the area representative Brett. Brett does not communicate and I have called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent a text. We spent almost 5k on our shed and I think because we didn't finance it we don't matter. Jimmy and I bought a Silverado chevrolet pickup,was greeted by smiling faces after receiving a call from April, one of the sales associates, who knew what we were looking for. Went for test drive,came back to office to make a deal. W.E. and Scott are honest about what they know about vehicle. I am very happy with my purchase and currently keep an eye on the lot for another vehicle. Great personalities, warm welcome,honesty, no pushing to buy. Will purchase again.
The guys are nice here but beware when they sell you a building, our “repo” we just got had definitely been flooded during Helene but no one mentioned it to us. It’s not normal mud that’s all inside the building and the sales guy was way too eager to knock 1k off the price. At first I thought it was just dirty from being a repo but it’s not. I bought a new carport from M&L! Excellent customer service, quick friendly, and always makes sure you get what you want and you're happy! I love my new carport! This is my 3rd purchase from M&L, I bought a shed, a trailer, and now a carport! Highly recommend them!
