Don't waste your time on them. They told me they going to charge me 450 per hour just to diagnose my alarm problem and if they can't find the problem they still going to charge you for their time, meaning they will take money off your hands and abuse your lack of knowledge and charge you what they want. Take your time and study on YouTube where the true heroes are who are there to help you with the DIY and save you money. 450 to diagnose per hour?? Arent't they the professionals??
